Appointment means nothing!! Booked appointment for recall. After an hour and a half waiting, I noticed my vehicle still waiting for the work to begin. I asked the service tech why my vehicle has not been started yet? He said the shop is busy today. I asked why they could not have told me that my appointment meant nothing to them. If they were so busy perhaps they could have told me there would be such a long delay. He said "sorry". My advise is t try another repair facility. I certainly will!!! More
