The sales folks are extremely lazy and will say anything to close a deal. The nail in the coffin was there extremely poor trade-in offer was this so insulting I left. Went over to Willies Dodge and it was extremely laid-back no pressure and offered a fair trade in deal. Avoid Harris Victoria at all costs. All they care about is monthly numbers. I felt like this place was desperate and bankrupt don't like being treated like a piece of meat. If you look at page four, you will see the real reviews. Thank god I left!!! More

Had been looking around, and online for about 1/2 a year. No luck. Sometimes, found the right Jeep, but the wrong salesman. Too aggressive, not helpful etc. Sometimes, found the right salesman, but not the right Jeep. Sometimes, the right salesman, right Jeep, but price wasnt right. At Harris Dodge, It all came together! Met Nathan Forbes, the salesman; friendly, dynamic, informed, helpful...AND mostly, not aggressive at all.. Before we knew it, drove out in a new white 2015 Jeep Gr, Cherokee...had a few problems co-ordinating service, as we have to come over on the ferry, but have never had a better sales experience. Will be back at Harris for my next Jeep! More
