Was promised a free detailing when i brought it in for its first "inexpensive service" Brought the truck in for its regular oil change and check up 3 weeks after buying the truck. The woman in the service department told me that truck I JUST purchased needed $800 worth of service work done to it as it was due. I was not happy then and begrudgingly paid $350.00 for their service which included a lot more visual checks than actual work, I also did not receive my detailing as promised to me by the sales guy. Since purchasing the truck I have had numerous sales calls from different salesman trying to get me to purchase a new truck and trade mine in. I have asked nicely each time to please be taken off the list and that I will contact them if and when i decide to change vehicles far in the future. Today i received one more of these sales calls, i asked the guy if he could please take me off the list as I do not need a new vehicle. No more than two hours later I received a call from the same dealership... i assumed this was to apologize and say they will not call me again... the gentleman started to tell me how lucky i was to be called now that the ram truck sales programs have changed.. I was not happy. The constant phone calls by this dealership are a nuisance. Their service department did not honor the free detailing i was promised and did also not help at all in providing a competitive quote on new tires that were required on a $32,000.00 truck. Only thing I am happy with is the truck and I wish i had bought it from the Dodge dealership down the road. Avoid this place if you want good service and honest salesman. More

When I complained they swore nothing had been done wrong and took it for a second full day. They "replaced the rotors and break pads" and only charged me for a piece of mind inspection (how generous). When my car STILL wouldnt break and I told them I was nit comfortable having them touch my car again, they wouldn't return my money. Disgusting and unproffesional. These people put my family (not to mention my car) in extreme danger... and they aren't sorry. More

Amazing Customer Service and Reasonably Priced! Took my car in today for a semi-annual Peace of Mind inspection which was very reasonably priced by the way. Upon inspecting it was found that a few repairs had to be done. Phil Poon took the time to call us and ask us if we wanted it done right there on the spot. We decided to get some things done and others not. I felt no pressure from him to get what we did not want done right away done, which I really appreciated. He was honest about everything and when we came back to pick up our car, it had even been cleaned for us! We were extremely happy with Phil's friendly and efficient service and would reccomend him and the service department at Harris Jeep anytime! Thank you! More

Later they diagnosed a foul odor that turned out to be my air filter that was covered in oil from the leak. They replaced the filter and thoroughly flushed out the system, all smells great now. The service manager Philip was very patient and took the time to listen and investigate my experiences. Thanks for going the extra mile in customer service!!! More

I look forward to taking my vehicle in especially when Phil and Emily are two very dedicated and helpful people with a Smile, common courtesy, no matter how busy they are or whatever the time of day they are the smiling faces you see and correspond with. Do not trust these guys 1 Couldn't complete minor repairs in over two weeks 2 Ran out of safety stickers 3 Manager texting me instead of calling to give bad news... 4 Sold 1 Couldn't complete minor repairs in over two weeks 2 Ran out of safety stickers 3 Manager texting me instead of calling to give bad news... 4 Sold me new tires to replace too large one with tires that do not fit Not only were they unable to make minor repairs like a new battery after having my jeep over two weeks they also ran out of safety stickers like you forget to buy toilet paper (umm this is your job guys), they told me I wasn't allowed to drive off the lot with my current tires that were too big (wouldn't pass safety from their inspection guys) but they sold me new tires that dont fit! A mistake I could make but that is why I took the vehicle to whom I thought were professionals. Sadly I wasn't there during the work, left it with them for weeks and my estimate just kept getting higher and higher... The Principal of the Dealership did not have the integrity to call me back but passed the buck back to the service manager which I specifically asked not to deal with any further only to have the service manager text me instead of even calling me to tell me they won't resolve the problem. Prior to that I had the parts manager yelling at me that it was not his problem when he was the one called me and was passed around to several people without a resolution. I did not spend 2 grand to walk away from there with problems! Complete lack of integrity, really unprofessional and the level of incompetence makes me wonder how many others they have ripped off! Do not trust these guys. Dealt with Philip Poon and Principal Glen Shorter. These guys were so nice at the beginning I did not see the scam coming! Watch out for these guys! More
