We traded in a vehicle back in May and it took them till late June to pay the bank off the loan which led to our credit being hit and not getting the refund we deserve. Not only that the amount of time w late June to pay the bank off the loan which led to our credit being hit and not getting the refund we deserve. Not only that the amount of time we had a payment day setup for warranty just to find out they took it out the same day messing up my paydays for other bills. I ended up having to continue paying for my old vehicle which was supposed to go to my new one to never receive my refund I was promised. After all these years of going to Harris to have this is a major slap in the face I will never be going here again. Oh and to mention the gladiator we had in the shop for over a month we mentioned an issue that was happening just to find out they claim they fixed it when it was clearly not fixed. We are tired of being run around over and over never again buying or trading in vehicle here they lost loyal customers More
How to lose a returning customer in 10 days: Previously bought a Dodge Caravan, traded it in a year later for a better Dodge Caravan - the new one just died out after 10 years and 150,0 days: Previously bought a Dodge Caravan, traded it in a year later for a better Dodge Caravan - the new one just died out after 10 years and 150,000 km (tons of Caravans are up for sale for parts. Thought that I would go back and get some different treatment due to poor value on the last car. Shortened version of my issues: 1) Asked to have Dodge look at the van and see about a possible trade (telling them our mechanic had said it wasn't worth fixing). $250 service appointment booked and was told if we traded in, the fee would be waived. 2) No trade-in offered (manager knew right away when I told him the same thing I had told the service manager. Still had to pay the fee (when I said I wouldn't pay the $250 they threatened to put a lien on the vehicle). 3) Salesperson quote on quality of the caravan: "We sell the cars, we don't build them" (so much for standing by the products you sell) 4) Manager - the first offer he gave us on a used and new car that we had looked at were exactly what was listed on the website (we were expecting different treatment as a return customer). 5) The manager then tried to tell us we'd be better off fixing the van and selling it ourselves. This was after he had told us the used caravans don't sell for much AND him seeing the $8000 quote for repairs. i.e. his suggestion would have caused us to lose money if we listened to him. More

I am the purchaser and borrower in relation to the financing of a new motor vehicle transaction described herein and, as such, have personal knowledge of the matters deposed to herein. On or about la financing of a new motor vehicle transaction described herein and, as such, have personal knowledge of the matters deposed to herein. On or about last April 2025], I attended at [Harris Dodge] for the purpose of purchasing and financing a NEW vehicle. During the financing process, the sales representative and/or finance manager represented to me that obtaining and purchasing a third-party warranty and/or insurance product was required by TD Bank in order for me to qualify for the loan and/or obtain the represented low interest rate on a NEW TRUCK. I relied upon these representations as truthful and made by individuals holding themselves out as knowledgeable professionals acting within the scope of their employment and authority. Based upon these representations, I agreed to purchase the third-party warranty and/or insurance product at an approximate additional cost of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00), which amount was added directly into the financed balance of the vehicle loan. I subsequently learned that TD Bank does not require borrowers to purchase third-party warranty or insurance products on NEW LOANS as a condition of loan approval or as a condition for obtaining a particular interest rate on a standard vehicle loan. After I challenged the representations made to me, representatives of the dealership offered to reimburse me by way of cheque for the warranty amount while simultaneously proposing that the original financed balance of the loan remain unchanged. As a result, the approximately Four Thousand Dollar ($4,000.00) amount would have remained embedded within the principal balance of the loan despite the purported reimbursement arrangement, thereby causing me to continue paying interest and financing charges on monies associated with a product I was allegedly misled into purchasing. I have already incurred interest charges and financial damages arising from the inclusion of the third-party warranty and/or insurance amount within the financed loan balance. It is my understanding and belief that federally regulated financial institutions and lenders do not lawfully require consumers to purchase optional third-party warranty or insurance products as a mandatory condition of obtaining vehicle financing, except where expressly disclosed and legally authorized. I believe the conduct described above constitutes a serious and misleading business practice intended to pressure or induce consumers into purchasing optional products under false pretenses. I further believe that such conduct may constitute misrepresentation, deceptive consumer practices, tied selling concerns, and/or unfair business conduct contrary to applicable consumer protection legislation and principles of good faith contractual dealing. I believe the conduct described herein warrants investigation and may justify aggravated, punitive, and/or exemplary damages for the purpose of denouncing and deterring egregious commercial misconduct. I traveled out of town for a motorcycle, but communication was abysmal. Multiple salesmen ignored me entirely, and even escalating to management took five days for a response. Unfortunately, my husband and I couldn't come to a common ground and did not purchase the vehicle. However, I will say that the customer service I received from Sunny was top notch. Not once did I feel pressured by him or the manager Alex. The dealership is very clean and customer oriented. We felt very welcomed! More
Most unprofessional, greedy, arrogant and offensive dealership I’ve ever been to. This dealership’s ’best offer’ is literally what is listed on their website. Their ‘trade in offer’ was less than 80% o dealership I’ve ever been to. This dealership’s ’best offer’ is literally what is listed on their website. Their ‘trade in offer’ was less than 80% of the book value of my vehicle, despite being extremely low kms, top model, pristine condition, with a canopy, lift, and larger tires, was offered 4K more from some shady internet company that comes to your driveway to pick your vehicle up and hands you a cheque. Not to mention their pricing sheet which was literally scribbled numbers on paper, with zero detail and financing rates not even noted. Working backwards their financing rates were 13.3% and 14.4% respectively, which is absolutely deplorable rates, especially when considering an excellent credit score. Fees were over 2k and not shown or broken down, price, even after a week of negotiating, never budged from the advertised price on their website. Everything about this dealership screams underhanded and unprofessional. Will never be back. More
