No pressure from Steve and very pleasant to deal with and appreciated the fact that I could test drive the vehicle without the salesman present (not the case in Nanaimo - the salesman comes along for the ride) - makes a difference I think - Thanks Steve I really am enjoying my new car. We reviewed what was available on the lot and Ryan was very knowledgeable in terms what each vehicle had to offer. Once I determined what suited my needs the best, Ryan, I believe pursued the best deal possible involving my trade. There were more expensive units on the lot but Ryan did not try to upsell me which I appreciated. In todays marketplace it's nice to leave a dealership confident that you were treated fairly and not taken advantage of. Believe that happens elsewhere I can assure you.
