Loving the car Visited Harris Oceanside Chevrolet Buick GMC Parksville on a Sunday and wahoo it was open!!! you really don't see that too often - that being said Ste Visited Harris Oceanside Chevrolet Buick GMC Parksville on a Sunday and wahoo it was open!!! you really don't see that too often - that being said Steve Austin was great - test drove a vehicle and liked it but wanted to check out a few other dealerships in Nanaimo during the following week to make sure that there wasn't a better deal elsewhere ( hey we are all looking for a deal are we not) - test drove a few others in Nanaimo - checked with Steve to find out what the bottom dollar was and decided that I wasn't going to find a better deal anywhere else so took the plunge and am loving the car and of course the deal. No pressure from Steve and very pleasant to deal with and appreciated the fact that I could test drive the vehicle without the salesman present (not the case in Nanaimo - the salesman comes along for the ride) - makes a difference I think - Thanks Steve I really am enjoying my new car. We reviewed what was available on the lot and It was fairly obvious from the beginning of my dealings with Ryan that he had my best interest at heart. We reviewed what was available on the lot and Ryan was very knowledgeable in terms what each vehicle had to offer. Once I determined what suited my needs the best, Ryan, I believe pursued the best deal possible involving my trade. There were more expensive units on the lot but Ryan did not try to upsell me which I appreciated. In todays marketplace it's nice to leave a dealership confident that you were treated fairly and not taken advantage of. Believe that happens elsewhere I can assure you. Paula always seems to go above and beyond for myself and her other customers, when I'm in there for service. She is always so great to deal with.
