Excellent service I called Richard with my needs for a truck, Richard found exactly what I requested, drove to my office with the new truck, took my old truck for an as I called Richard with my needs for a truck, Richard found exactly what I requested, drove to my office with the new truck, took my old truck for an assessment, called me with the pricing, pricing was acceptable, returned to my office with all the paper work and my old truck so WE could transfer my personal items, then gave me a 30 minute detailed introduction and demonstration of the truck. Professional, Friendly, Knowledgeable. I was ready to give up on finding a new vehicle that was safe, comfortable and affordable--and then I bumped in to Richard Allen. He said he knew he c I was ready to give up on finding a new vehicle that was safe, comfortable and affordable--and then I bumped in to Richard Allen. He said he knew he could find me what I was looking for. And I'm so glad he was right! Up until then I had been looking at Hondas, Toyotas and Mazdas. There was always something wrong with these vehicles--either the seats were too small, there wasn't enough leg room or head room, the cargo area was too small, the seat was too low, and the list goes on. I figured if I was going to buy a new auto, it was going to be what I wanted. I would have to live with my decision for a long time. Richard understood this. He was never pushy. It was apparent how knowledgeable he was about the Chevrolets I was interested in from the get go, unlike the other sales people at the other dealerships I had been shopping at for the prior 2 months. In the end, Richard sold me a Chevrolet Trax, which was reasonably priced, safe (check out the iihs website rating) and comfortable. I feel assured I will be happy with this vehicle for years to come. Thanks Richard! More
