Right away his amiable demeanor put me at easy and allowed me to feel comfortable with the process. Tyler explained all I needed to know about my new car and the features within it, and made sure to answer all of my questions, even the ridiculous ones. Buying a car can be a stressful purchase, but the transition from choosing the car with Tyler to filling out all the paperwork with Robert Kirinic was even a pleasant one. Robert explained every aspect of the financials, warranty, and maintenance to me whilst having a conversation that was genuine and honest. After all the paperwork was done, I found Tyler buffing my car, what service! By the time I left Harris Mazda, I felt completely comfortable and excited with my CX-5!
