I had a great experience at Harris Mazda in Nanaimo, BC. Jeffre promptly greeted my family & I upon arrival when we came in to look at vehicles. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgable. Jeffre was also very genuine in the information he provided us with and we never felt pressured at any time which was very refreshing. We worked with Yousef on the finance end & it was completely stress free. He ensured we were well taken care of and worked hard to get get me everything I hoped for in a new vehicle. Overall, the team at Harris Mazda worked hard to ensure I got to drive my dream car home that day, regardless of the time restrains we were working with which was fantastic. The only complaint was the perfume. It's extremely overwhelming to be sitting in a room with someone who is wearing far too much scented lotions, perfume etc. My mom couldn't even sit in the office as I signed the final papers as she is severely allergic to perfumes etc. With there being many people that have these sensitivities, I think businesses should refrain from allowing staff to wear it. Keep your customers instead of sending them running away because of something as simple as perfume. More

Awesome working with Ahmed; he was not high pressure which made the experience much easier. He was very knowledgeable, and if he didn't know some answers to my questions he found out and got back to me which made the experience much easier. After sending a request for more information to the Harris Mazda website, Jeffre contacted me by phone and answered my questions. Jonathan was very helpful when I first called Mazda to inquire about a new Mazda 6 in Dec 2012. He followed up in a phone call with me later on when a year old used car appeared in the lot but I didn't l inquire about a new Mazda 6 in Dec 2012. With nothing to gain at that time I found him to have maintained a v of this contest and this recent servicing but because of the one prior as well. With nothing to gain at that time I found him to have maintained a very professional, curtious, helpful service which accomodated my quick request to have my tires checked and filled, in amongst a very busy morning. The situation was stressful with the immediate demands yet he was able to help me with my request. This current servicing I was just coming in to get my headlight replaced (without a appointment) and he was able to do so and fit me in for my schedule service all in time to pick up the children from school.
