My experience at Harris Mazda was amazing. When I first arrived on the lot a couple of months back I had time to walk around the lot and take a look at what was there. When I looked up from a vehicle wanting some assistance Adams made his way over to assist me. He was polite, courteous and never pushy. He showed me the features of the car and offered me a test drive. I wasn't prepared to buy at the time and was more than happy to provide me a brochure on the vehicle and his business card should I want to contact him with questions. When I returned to the lot two months later Adams was there to help. We discussed the vehicle and made a plan for a second test drive (it was boxing day and I had last minute shopping to complete). When I arrived on boxing day for the test drive Adams was helping another gentleman. He stepped away a moment and asked if I would like to wait for him or take a test drive with another of his coworkers. He introduced me to Tom and we took a lovely Mazda CX5 for a spin. When we returned I was hooked and Adams was finished with his customer. During the sales process Adams was polite, friendly and entertaining. We even ordered pizza!! RJ completed the financial details of the sale. I was concerned this would be the "tough" part. It was anything but. I felt like I had known RJ for years. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He took care of all the details and in the end I was just left to do the signing. After the paperwork Adams showed me how to work my new Mazda. It was easier to have him program the bluetooth than me to spend an hour on it. He stayed late and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle. Over all this was an excellent experience. I look forward to seeing my friends at Mazda again when I bring my CX5 in for it's scheduled maintenance. More

My wife and I did an entire North Island blitz of dealerships over the course of a week, and by far had the best interactions were at Harris Mazda (20+ dealerships visited). Our saleswoman (Lilly) wa dealerships over the course of a week, and by far had the best interactions were at Harris Mazda (20+ dealerships visited). Our saleswoman (Lilly) was very knowledgeable about every car in the class (Honda, Mazda, Hyundai, Subaru, you name it) and her analysis was always fair. She even stayed after hours to chat with us while we were waiting to finish up with financial details (even offered snacks!). Their service department appears to be top notch, and everyone on the lot was friendly and accommodating. Gord, the sales manager also got involved with our deal, and was great as well. You can tell this dealership takes pride in it's customer service, will make good on it's promises, and keeps the high pressure sales gimmicks to a minimum. Their used vehicles were competitively priced with dealerships all over BC. Everything from start to finish was quite enjoyable, and even the dreaded 'final room' with the financial office was a breeze compared to other dealerships I've been to. Of course there were some last minute products being offered for sale, but these were kept to a minimum and were of real value. RJ knew his stuff and had a lot of information at his disposal, while at the same time not coming across as too pushy. Though we only got to briefly meet Dave Harris (and his dog!), I'd like to thank him. We could tell that you were trying to be a different sort of dealership from the get-go, and you've certainly succeeded. You have a fantastic staff, and business culture. Thanks again! More
