Love My New Mazda I emailed Harris Mazda to get a quote on a 2015 Mazda 3 GT and Adams and I started a series of emails. He gave me what I felt was a very fair quote. I checked with other dealers and found the quote was very good value for my trade. There were a couple other brands on my short list but my son has a 2010 Mazda 3 GT and I always enjoy driving that car so much and the Xenon headlights on his car are fantastic and the biggest reason I was trading in my 2012 vehicle was because the lights were so poor. Adams sent me information on the tech option that has many safety features including Exenon head lights that self level, turn with the vehicle, and switch from high to low beam all by themselves. This information moved the Mazda up to my first choice so I made an appointment with Adams to come in and drive a new Mazda. Meeting Adams was a fun experience. I call him the Friendly Giant. This guy is huge and has a personality to match his physical size. I do have a little vehicle sales experience and in spite of what many people think, it takes a lot of work to be successful in sales. I had been to many other dealerships, and never even went as far as a test drive as I found the other sales people ignored me and only paid attention to my Step Dad and did not relate to my needs at all. Adams asked great questions from the start, and gave my explanations on the terms I didn't understand (I am not very mechanically inclined). He helped me through the entire process, and was so patient with me. I work in customer service, so I feel like I have a pretty high standard of what excellent service is, and Adams really met that. My Step Dad is even considering trading his truck with Adams's help. The rest of the staff that we dealt with were great as well, although I turned down the warranty after I felt the person in financing was a bit too harsh with my Step Dad- I was quite surprised by that, but maybe that is just how that portion of the process goes.... Careful when buying used from Harris Auto Group Harris Auto/Mazda created a gong show by lying to me about what I was buying. Be careful about what they tell you because they do not care about your needs, interests, and only want you in and out. I did not go away and it took 2 1/2 months to finally get issues resolved. Adams put up with me with grace and endless patience I hate buying cars. Hate it. As a woman I feel like they think they can see me coming a mile away. And it had almost seemed like car salesmen as a profession still had not evolved. Adams put up with my endless questions and defensive attitude. I am a pain in the bum as a customer and want what I want at the price I want it. Adams was patient and fair and gave me the space I needed to figure out that I had a good deal. It took three days. My husband calls me the "grinder." But Adams was awesome. I actually felt that he was my representative to the dealership and not the other way around. He even still answers my questions about the van and it was not even a Mazda! I will go to Harris first... to Adams specifically. With all of our vehicle purchases. More

I appreciated that Adams took my inquiries seriously as a prospective buyer even though I wasn't standing in the store. All the staff we met when we arrived in Nanaimo were kind and helpful and I never felt overwhelmed or undervalued. It was a great experience driving up to Nanaimo and getting to put the first 100km on our new car on the way back home to Victoria. More

Amazing Service We have been looking for a "new" used car to downsize from our now unnecessary mini-van. We were greeted by Jamie who I immediately took a liking to. He was very friendly, listened to what our needs/wishes were and did not push us towards anything that he knew would be out of our price range. I was overly impressed with his knowledge and friendliness. He treated us like we had been friends for years, not just a potential commission. After coming back the following day to proceed with the purchase, Jamie spent over 4 hours with us to complete the process (was almost 8:30pm once finished) when he could have been at home with his family!
