He was quick to find assistance of a colleague to get an answer on the few questions I had stumped him with instead of trying to stumble through it on the spot. I had previously done a lot of Internet research on the crossovers before narrowing the field down to a handful and Craig was still able to provide other information and video on vehicle comparisons I had not come across. I was impressed with the test drive as Mazda has a set route which covers a wide variety of road samples, city, highway, country, hills, etc. to put the vehicle through its paces and get a really good feel of the over all performance of the vehicle, not a short casual drive I experienced with a couple other dealers. Chris was awesome no pressure sales, showed me my options, also letting me know there r some great deals with the new cars too. I felt no pressure to buy or try. I walked away from the lot and came back a week later with my husband deciding to buy a new vehicle as it was more cost effective. Craig did an awesome job with finding a car within our budget, with the options we wanted, incluuding it being a standard. The whole dealership was amazing with our 2 kids, especially when it was end of the day and the kids patience had worn off. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy from a family friendly, no pressure dealership. More

Lies and deceit Our salesman lied about incentives (promised then withdrew post sale), he also lied about the previous owner of the car. Said it was a regular woman customer of theirs who traded up, but when we had it serviced at another Mazda dealership they informed us that it was still in the name of the Car Rental company that was the previous owner. The dealership obviously knew this and sold the car (illegally) to us without informing us that it was a previous rental car. Worst car buying experience we've ever had, most deceitful car dealership we have ever dealt with. Very disappointed and will happily tell friends how we were treated by Harris Mazda. More
