I chose to buy my Rondo from Harris Kia because, after canvassing all other dealerships in town, I had a really good feeling about the people, friendliness and service at Harris Kia. Walking onto the lot the afternoon and meeting Rachel, was a breath of fresh air. She listened to what I wanted in a car. I liked that neither one of them were pushy and trying to sell you things that I didn't want. They respected the fact that I said no. I am so happy that my previous deal went through, and I had the chance to meet both of them. I would recommend Rachel to my friends and family. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give the experience of purchasing a car a 7. The paperwork took much longer than expected. I had bought a Rio 5 from them 5 yrs ago, and was happy with my little car.
