Regardless of the distance, the friendly employee that I dealt with (Rachel Roy) communicated with me by email constantly, answering my every whim. All the paper work was ready to go for me and they even offered to pick me up and drive me 1.5 hours away to finish the deal. Additionally they were very competitive in pricing when I found a better deal in my own town, even throwing in a few extras. I had a full tank a gas, a clean truck and free coffee.
