He is is a Service Advisor who understands the client perspective, and does an above-average job of bridging the gap to Service issues. Wolfgang " gets it ". As a longtime (40+ years) car owner and someone who has experienced the highs and lows of operating automobiles of all makes, including six (6) new Honda products during the past 10 years, I value the importance of after-sales service, and recognize the difference between a professional approach and the many alternatives that pose as such. Eight day wait for oil change On my way home from Bellingham on October 24, 2016 my service light indicated it was time for an oil change. First thing Tuesday morning at 7:30, I ar On my way home from Bellingham on October 24, 2016 my service light indicated it was time for an oil change. First thing Tuesday morning at 7:30, I arrived at Harmony Honda Express Service Department and was told they were fully booked and were booking into next week. The earliest appointment I could get was November 2 at 12:30. When I complained Ron suggested I pre-book for my oil changes every 6 months so many kilometres. Wolfgang couldn't have cared less and walked away. Before I bought my new 2009 Civic I was forewarned by several co-workers and friends that Harmony Honda customer service was awful. And I am sad to say that I agree. This is the second time I have been unable to get an appointment within a week for a simple oil change. There have been many other issues with this business. For example, missed light replacements when service completed. Many add-owns often totalling $500-$1000 with scheduled services. So much so I now lift my hood with a well-known reputable private mechanic in town. Apparently he has a lot of dissatisfied Honda customers. And he can sleep at night. More

Manager assisted me I wrote a poor review on Harmony Honda because I felt that I had been ripped off. I spoke with the Manager this morning and he has credited me for th I wrote a poor review on Harmony Honda because I felt that I had been ripped off. I spoke with the Manager this morning and he has credited me for the portion of the invoice which I felt was not fair. At no point was I dissatisfied with their friendliness or the service itself ... it was a failure to communicate which caused a lot of bad feelings. Great salesman-great vehicle We purchased a Honda CRV Touring two weeks ago from Harmony Honda. Our salesman was Sunny Sing. Sunny spent a lot of time explaining the vehicle-a We purchased a Honda CRV Touring two weeks ago from Harmony Honda. Our salesman was Sunny Sing. Sunny spent a lot of time explaining the vehicle-all the little extras we had no clue about. I think the thing we liked most about Sunny was the fact he did not pressure us to buy. Rather he let us test drive it, understand it and then we were left to make a decision. We did not buy the same day but went home to think about it. The next day we were happy to return to Harmony Honda and make our purchase. It was Sunny's day off, but he came to the dealership and spent the good part of 4 hours with us. We are impressed with the dealership and impressed with Sunny....but most of all we love our CRV Touring :) More
