The gentleman I was dealing with at customer service was fantastic. He went above and beyond my expectations. My wife's new civic had an issue with the window not opening properly and he promptly went and fantastic. He went above and beyond my expectations. My wife's new civic had an issue with the window not opening properly and he promptly went and fixed it for us. He was also very professional in dealing with an unruly customer.
