The service staff were generally very friendly and helpful. However, they recommended that they replace the brake fluid and bleed the system, at a cost of $140, as it was 3 years since this was last d helpful. However, they recommended that they replace the brake fluid and bleed the system, at a cost of $140, as it was 3 years since this was last done, despite the fact my car was hardly used for 2 of those years due to the pandemic and the mileage should have made that obvious. They also managed to lose the cabin pollen filter and tray. Upon departure we were told that the car has been cleaned but it had not. Following a discussion with the service manager today, they have agreed to supply a replacement cabin filter and tray at no cost. More
