This is my first time purchasing a Honda vehicle and I have to say the Burlington Dealership made my experience great. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to pick up my new vehicle on the scheduled day, due to have to say the Burlington Dealership made my experience great. Told me to just call back when I was feeling better, which I did. I picked up my new vehicle 4 days later and was surprised to see Swiss chocolates in my cup holder that Mustafa put there for me. It was very thoughtful. More

When I called to schedule a routine service appointment, Alex was able to book me for the same day. He was friendly and professional. Shaun checked me in and explained the cost. He later came out to explain that the brake fluids needed to be flushed and topped up. Again he explained the cost and waited for my approval. The entire visit took just a little over an hour. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and snacks and refreshments were available. A very pleasant experience! More
