Vincent, thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely regret the frustration this situation caused. The issue with your Odyssey involved multiple complex components, which made diagnosing it challenging, and we understand how stressful that can be. For context, the vehicle was initially serviced elsewhere, where the spark plugs were replaced. Upon your first visit with us, we replaced the spark plugs again due to an oil leak from the valve cover, and also addressed a control arm as a safety concern. When the engine light came on during the second visit, we replaced the piston rings, and when the light returned at pickup due to damage to the oxygen sensor, we replaced it at no charge. The vehicle is now fully resolved. We appreciate your patience while we worked through these complicated mechanical issues and hope you’re now enjoying your Odyssey as intended.
