Terrific service recovery - I had experienced a flat tire, and have no spare (car is a hybrid.) The Honda Roadside Service was wonderful, and they towed my car to Halton Honda. I had been assured on t tire, and have no spare (car is a hybrid.) The Honda Roadside Service was wonderful, and they towed my car to Halton Honda. I had been assured on the phone that they could fix my tire if I got the car to them by a certain time, and even though that timeline was met, I was told I had to eave my car with them for two days. I was not happy, as I could have had the car towed to another garage that could have helped me right away. The the service gentleman who helped me was very apologetic and sympathetic, and kept me well-informed of the progress of the repair, and he more than made up for the snafu. he managed to have the cost of the replacement and all the work associated with it waived. I was very pleased with this result. More
