We were wanting a CRV XL Jeff went over our options and explanation of vehicle. At no time did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. All of our questions or concerns were answered by Jeff. The financial papers were easily handled by Dwayne who also was very professional. After my original visit I wanted to make some changes with my vehicle. This change was handled immediately and everything was complete for the day I was to pick up my vehicle. Jeff gave lengthy instruction on the operation of the vehicle, pointing out special features. My Flat Tire I brought my Ridgeline in because of the low tire pressure light. The good news was that Jamal got me in right away, the bad news was that there were I brought my Ridgeline in because of the low tire pressure light. The good news was that Jamal got me in right away, the bad news was that there were 3 punctures that could not be repaired. Even worse, the tire was out of production, & I would need 2 of them. Jamal ordered them, arranged for a ride home, & sent a car to pick me up before the roads were jammed with evening rush hour. He stayed after hours, even having to do the costing by hand, as the parts dept. had gone home. The fact that Jamal went above & beyond softened the $509.00 bill. More
