We came in for an emergency battery replacement for our CRV (which was also carried out with your usual high level of expertise) but after viewing the new Odyssey Touring model in the showroom David took the time to explain to us all the features together with the lease and sale cost/payment options, His product knowledge and professional, customer focused sales approach was extremely impressive. We were sufficiently impressed that after going away and considering what David had shown us, we returned to purchase the vehicle. This is the first Honda that we have owned and so far we are very pleased with the purchase.
