My Flat Tire I brought my Ridgeline in because of the low tire pressure light. The good news was that Jamal got me in right away, the bad news was that there were I brought my Ridgeline in because of the low tire pressure light. The good news was that Jamal got me in right away, the bad news was that there were 3 punctures that could not be repaired. Even worse, the tire was out of production, & I would need 2 of them. Jamal ordered them, arranged for a ride home, & sent a car to pick me up before the roads were jammed with evening rush hour. He stayed after hours, even having to do the costing by hand, as the parts dept. had gone home. The fact that Jamal went above & beyond softened the $509.00 bill. More
