This time I was extremely pleased to have Linda as my shuttle driver both ways and she was amazing! I have often thought I would like to do this job myself down the road and so impressed that my dealership of choice has given this opportunity to a woman! My only issue this time around was in getting through to book my appointment. I tried calling all day Monday with no luck and even left a message with no reply. I had to call first thing Tuesday to try again to get through to Service. I understand they were very busy with snow tire changes but find it frustrating when I cannot get through for my regular service. More
