Pleasant professional knowledgeable and accommodating are just a few words to describe the service I received. Marc listened to my concerns and did his best to make sure any issues were resolved. He throughly explained the necessary maintenance that needed to be completed and was very considerate of my time. Marc even offered me a rental so that I would not be inconvenienced while my vehicle was being serviced simply because it would require leaving it overnight on a busy weekend that collided with my schedule. The shuttle guys Mike and another gentleman whom Unfortunately I don’t remember his name were also great. Pleasant and friendly making my short trip to the mall quick and safe.
