I was dealing with Alex and he was amazing.,,,,very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable with the services and products. I got an update on every step (i.e. car check in acknowledgement notification after i drop off, job completion notification, etc) I have been to other Honda dealer locations and at one point I gave up on Honda dealer service department due to poor customer service. This was my second time that i visited this dealer and the services I received so far at Halton Honda has changed my view and has restored my confidence in dealing with their service department.
