He was able to split up this service with the oil change in one appointment on Dec. 24, 2018 and the remainder of the service on Jan. 3, 2019 since I was concerned that my oil indicator was at 15%. Alex thoroughly explained the service performed and I had peace of mind that my car would be in tip-top shape when I left. Alex is always courteous and very professional in representing Halton Honda. Brad Mordue also assisted Alex in finding a time slot in the overloaded schedule for the completion of my service since they were sitting side by side - that's good teamwork! More

Courteous and honest with quick and fast service . The service estimated cost did not increase by too much after the inspection which I appreciated. I'm also glad that they did not recommend unne . I'm also glad that they did not recommend unnecessary work (ie, they replaced the light bulbs on the drivers side only as they were burnt out but they did not recommend the right side/passenger's side lights also be replaced just in case as one cannot predict when the other side will stop working and there is no point in replacing the other side yet.
