I'm also glad that they did not recommend unnecessary work (ie, they replaced the light bulbs on the drivers side only as they were burnt out but they did not recommend the right side/passenger's side lights also be replaced just in case as one cannot predict when the other side will stop working and there is no point in replacing the other side yet. Replacing regular tires and rims with stored snow tires and 45 minutes in and out for the changeover and very personable service rep.
