The tech,whose name I did not get( young fellow with tattoos ), went the extra mile, by draining/siphoning out the tank a second time, when all the engine lights came on again after I picked up the car the first time. Not knowing if the car was safe to drive, Carlos was able to arrange an appointment for us and quickly have the problem diagnosed. The circumstances were unusual, but his effort to get us in and check on the safety of the vehicle was appreciated. And as a parent, the peace of mind was priceless. We have bought a vehicle at Halton Honda, but since we live in Hamilton, we usually get our cars serviced near our home. Carlos' efforts have us re-thinking that decision.
