Our sales person helped eliminate that feeling. I was also pleased in not seeing additional charges for theft prevention insurance and administration fees which is so prevalent at other stores. I know my husband had put a lot of mileage on the car since then. I went into the dealership and spoke to Alex. Using my past oil change information he calculated I would need an oil change between 13 and 15 kilometres and told me what the mileage was the previous oil change. I checked the mileage when I got home and we were at 17 so we were over. I brought the car in the next day and Sean had them reset the information and an oil change as well. Since I knew that was not normal, I headed straight to Halton Honda after my battery was boosted. When I arrived in mid morning of Tuesday 27 February 2019, I saw how busy the Service Department was and knew my chances were slim to get my car looked after. Cory attended to me and I told him the problem, plus some background. He asked if I could leave my car at the dealership because he could not guarantee that it would be looked at right away. I agreed and around 3:30pm he called me and stated tests had been done and the problem was found. He asked for my authorization to correct the problem and I gave my OK. I arrived an hour later and my car was fixed and washed. I need the use of my car on a daily basis and was grateful Cory was able to get it repaired that same day. More
