Recall I had a scheduled appointment for recall on Civic Hatch 2018, extremely busy that morning ( Tuesday) ....I’m am out of town and was busy for shuttle s I had a scheduled appointment for recall on Civic Hatch 2018, extremely busy that morning ( Tuesday) ....I’m am out of town and was busy for shuttle service and to accommodate out of town transportation, they kindly ordered me an Uber to ensure I was home in time for family matter. Since I knew that was not normal, I headed straight to Halton Honda after my battery was boosted. When I arrived in mid morning of Tuesday 27 February 2019, I saw how busy the Service Department was and knew my chances were slim to get my car looked after. Cory attended to me and I told him the problem, plus some background. He asked if I could leave my car at the dealership because he could not guarantee that it would be looked at right away. I agreed and around 3:30pm he called me and stated tests had been done and the problem was found. He asked for my authorization to correct the problem and I gave my OK. I arrived an hour later and my car was fixed and washed. I need the use of my car on a daily basis and was grateful Cory was able to get it repaired that same day. More

Excellent service I brought my can in for service and found that staff to be excellent. Great people I went to Mark the service manger and asked some questions about the new Van before I purchased it. All my questions where answered right away. Mike the sales manger was always great at answering any questions .If he didn't know the answer he went out of his way to find the answer and emailed me. There was a problem setting up my cell phone because it is a flip phone so it doesn't have the updated technology, Dave the sales person was great and made sure it was setup so I could use the hands free. The contacts did not download, but that was ok. I don't phone that much anyway. They have great staff at this location. More
