I had not seen Albert since 2002 when I had purchased a Honda CRV from him at another dealership. That gave me a good feeling for someone to still recognize me after all these years. Also, Albert came in on his day off to deliver the CRV to us and explain the various features. Brad Joseph put together the paperwork and I wanted the Honda Plus and after asking us some questions recommended the km and duration that would work the best for us. More
