We were leaning to a Civic which we had before and saw one on the website and dropped by to check it out. We were introduced to Alexandra and the rest is history. She was extremely helpful and not pushy, like a few salespeople we met during our search. She gave us the information on the vehicle, without hesitation, and we left to review everything before making our decision. She gave us her card and said to call her if we had any questions and she hoped to see us again. My wife commented when we left how pleasant the experience had been based on other visits. This was late on a Saturday afternoon. We made our decision after reviewing our options and needless to say I went back first thing the following week and worked with Alexandra and her manager Mook and we bought the car. When we picked it up later that week Alexandra again was extremely helpful in showing my wife and I the car's features in detail. More
