He answered all of our questions, went over everything the car had to offer and even showed us a few hidden 'Easter eggs'. His enthusiasm for the car was very contagious, as I purchased one before leaving the dealership. :-) Carlo was very helpful when it came time to review the warranty offers and again, was not pushy at all.
