Purchase experience vs Service experience I had a very disappointing purchase experience last year with HH. The salesman, Will Kuipers, was exceptional, but, finance & management were far les I had a very disappointing purchase experience last year with HH. The salesman, Will Kuipers, was exceptional, but, finance & management were far less than professional. Attempts were made to understand & reconcile ONLY after I pursued management relentlessly. I was never satisfied with the end results. However, I would never hold this against Mr. Kuipers or the service dept. I might add that Mr. Brandsma was a breath of fresh air to deal with during this experience. More

He has been in the industry for over 30 years and received many awards throughout his successful career. We were looking for a very specific vehicle and model and he helped us every step of the way, showing us and providing us with multiple options and not pushing or forcing us into anything. He is exactly the person you want to be dealing with when making a big purchase and I will certainly be going back to him for all of my future vehicles. Omar, Halton Honda’s customer communications specialist, was integral to our car buying process! He was the first I communicated with and dedicated so much time to assisting me, and following up to all emails and phone calls! But I fully understand the need. The only negative today was that I did not get some of your coffee. I always wait when I get work done, but this was the whole day, so I got a ride. Normally I would bring a book and enjoy one or two cups of your coffee - it is really good!! Just like the service!! More
