Brad at Halton Honda saved the day! I was stopped on the side of the road due to a loud “clunking sound” that was getting progressively worse with every minute. I called Halton Honda in a panic and was rece side of the road due to a loud “clunking sound” that was getting progressively worse with every minute. I called Halton Honda in a panic and was received by Brad in the service department. Brad was patient and calm, listening to my panicked recount of the noise and was able to diagnose the problem. It appeared that the bolts on my front end tires were so loose, they were about to fly off! Brad was able to talk me through the process of accessing my tire iron and tightening the bolts securely enough to make it to Halton Honda for a re-torque. Brad’s customer care, knowledge and control of the situation deserves the highest recognition. This situation could have gone in a completely different direction if it wasn’t for Brad.
