The last two services that my car went through, during covid, were very frustrating because the person making the appointment did not have sufficient information/experience to predict how long the service covid, were very frustrating because the person making the appointment did not have sufficient information/experience to predict how long the service would take. Since I don't live in Burlington, I was forced to walk around the town for more hours than expected. No coffee shops, retail stores etc were open, so it was a very long time, almost 5 hours, 2 hours longer than the promised 2 hours. However, this time, everything went smoothly. My car was ready at the stated time. I still had to walk around Burlington for 3 hours but I had planned for that time frame. Good job of improving the situation. More

I have been a customer of Halton Honda since 2003 and I have dealt extensively with people like David McHarg, Brad Mordue and Jamal Sabri for most of that time. I am however concerned that this dealership is putting unreasonable pressures on the service staff. They always seem so rushed and under pressure. I think more needs to be done to help them out and to maintain the level of service we have come to expect. More
