I just found a review that was posted fraudulently. I did not post any review before today. This Dealership is scary. They did a fake positive review on my behalf! Anyone know how I can remove it. It ap I did not post any review before today. This Dealership is scary. They did a fake positive review on my behalf! Anyone know how I can remove it. It appears they made a Google account in my name and posted it from there! I've had many bad experiences with Gyro Mazda. I would never recommend them. If you know how I can find out? How did they do this? More
Horrible communication and customer service skill I have a 2006 Hyundai Sonata, and been driving this car for about 6 years and got decent satisfactory service from my car. Hyundai issued two recalls I have a 2006 Hyundai Sonata, and been driving this car for about 6 years and got decent satisfactory service from my car. Hyundai issued two recalls on this car and I went Gyro Hyundai (It is also the Mazda dealer with same name right across the same street 134 Laird Dr Toronto, ON M4G 3V7 which I purchased one Mazda 3 from them last year for my household) to be taken care of it on Aug 17 after hours. I left my car in their parking lot left my note stating that " please complete and fix the recalls on this vehicle and please give me estimate on driver side sun wiser". Next day, I got a call from a service representative and he informed me about recalls that will be taken care of and sun wiser price is $69+charge+HST they also would charge me rebooting and recharging my battery as it was drained of $24+HST and I authorized them to do all. And these procedure was going to take 2 days and no one called me by the mid 3th day and I decided go there on my own decision and when I went to the dealer another service representative named Lisa told me that my car is actually done and apologized on behalf her colleague that he forgot to call me the day before. I was totally fine with that as I was driving my wife's car for the work and it was on the weekend anyways; however, I paid my bill and when I went to pick up my car I seen that my airbag light is still on ( a part of a recall job) and a new sun wiser has not been installed I went right back to Lisa and explained her and she very politely convinced me that she would take care of it all and, she called me in the afternoon of Saturday and told me that they had a problem on their system so they could not erased the error code from the system and they would do on Monday with Hyundai Canada’s help, which they called me on Monday morning that my car was ready to pick up and I told them that I would pick it up after hours and they left the key at the sales department and when I went there to pick my car my this time the airbag light was fixed but not my sun wiser so, I went back inside again and asked to talk a manager and explained him my problem firmly with a bit hot tempered voice tone and told him that I was so upset of coming here twice and not gable get my car fixed and he told me that he would fix this himself (apparently he was the owner of the dealers) next morning service department manager called me and apologized and said that it was and communication problem and $69 is not the price of the sun wiser but it was the installation fee that’s why they did not fix or install it "as if I could know about it" and original price is $200+ and if I accept the price they would install it for free and he thinks that that would compensate my time and unsatisfied customer experience with them. And I said; okay Steve forget about the sun wiser, could you please help me to do e-test and safety for this car and he right a way comes with; ohh sir you know the ministry put some new rules and our safety price is now $180+HST and if there is anything come out like rust and stuff we have to charge you the service fee, he sounded like he wanted to get rid of me and not doing anything with me anymore; instead saying you know what I will put this sun wiser at the price of $69+HST that we promised to given you and will try my best to do your safety and e-test on time and will try to give your car to you today!! And these people thinks that they are a sale person or giving the good customer service; you know what these know nothing about customer service or sales. All these people know about how to give horrible service and get our money and they know that customer has to accept their horrible service as we don't really have much option but let me tell you something this is really make me feel disgusted and we Canadian deserve better as all American could get way better service in this kind of situation as their market is bigger. Terrible service experience Really bad service experience today. Slow check in process. The car was supposed be done for pick up in the evening - not done, no communications. They will promise you the earth to get the deal done but afterwards you are on your own. The service dept also did not replace the transmission fluid after a service - CLEARLY will not ever return here again. More

I alr I recently bought a used 2010 Mazda 6 from Gyro Mazda and the sales rep, Andrew Doton was great! He was helpful, professional and very friendly. I already had an idea what I wanted when I went in, so the whole process of buying the car was over quickly. The financing was handled quickly and efficiently. The car I bought was second hand, but when I picked it up, it looked like new. He made me feel very confident about my purchase, and he didn't put any pressure on me. If you are looking to buy a car, ask for Andrew Doton. I recommend Gyro Mazda to anyone! I'm very happy about my new car! Good luck !!!!!!!!!!!!! More
A man's word My mother and I went to Gyro Mazda and signed a lease for a Mazda 3 Gt sport with luxury and tech pack. Before signing the lease on numerous occas My mother and I went to Gyro Mazda and signed a lease for a Mazda 3 Gt sport with luxury and tech pack. Before signing the lease on numerous occasions, We asked the sales rep (Andrew) to confirm the price and if everything was included. All we heard was "Yes, yes, yes". On the day of sighing, My mom was asked to read at the bottom of the page and it read "please read this contract and all pages attached as it is binding". They sent us an confirmation email with the VIN number and all. A week later we too got the infamous call (not the first that this happened to, check other reviews), "we forgot to charge the delivery fee." Think this is the hook they use. Twice both times, a senior manger made the mistake - Paul Kemet. Really, or is this your marketing tactics. We told them, they sold us on all the features and were assured a price point and that the contact was signed by both parties and it was binding. Valarie then called and said point blank that the owner was not willing to take a loss. Shame on you gyro, this is what you do, you made an orderly woman (a public servant helping torontonians in need) wait 2 and half months, till she heard back from OMVIC that the car just so happened to not get delivered by a mistake on Mazda Canada's part. That's a lot of mistakes for an almost flawless car, first mistake a gyro system glitch the other Mazda Canada mess up. Yeah, we believe you! Gyro Mazda, you are a cheep low end car salesman, with no honour and dignity. Your god is the dollar. It's sad if anyone reading this would consider giving you business. In a world where I was brought up (Toronto) people had dignity and most would hold true to there word on a hand shake, my friend you turned your back on a signed contract. Good on you. In my eyes and now in the eyes of potential clients, your word or signature isn't worth $1200 (delivery charges). We love the Mazda, but until we get an apology from Mazda Canada, our family will never purchase one again. Stop blaming Mazda Canada. "Mazda Canada, OMVIC has the proof they dumped it on you, making you the unknowing scapegoat" Your truly The suppose to be owner of VIN # JM1BM1M38F1229293 More

The treatment I received from everyone starting with the unhelpful and useless salesperson to the credit manager to the Sales Manager included lies, rudeness, delays for no reason and no explanations, total lack of respect, arguing with me on the phone, not answering emails or phone calls, constantly changing their tune about everything. It was the WORST dealership I've ever dealt with. Am working with Hyundai Canada to file major complaint with GSM. This was a Hyundai purchase, but the only choice I have on this page is the Gyro Mazda part of the ownership. More
