I took my Venue in to repair the horn which stopped working the day before my son’s road test. We were so worried that he would have cancel the test, which took months to just find a date because of th working the day before my son’s road test. He didn’t have to, but he did. He really understood the urgency of our situation and made it happen. My son passed his road test and it wouldn’t have happened if it weren’t for Mike.
