It could be a one off thing but I would advise everyone who is buying a car from here to be aware of my situation: Around mid-May 2022, I booked the 2023 Elantra. A month from then in June I was told I was in queue around #680 Around mid-July 2022, I get a message from the dealer that I am #183 in queue. Last week, I got a call saying my car is ready. I asked for the bill of sale and I saw that they tried to sneak in a 2022 Elantra without informing me that I am getting an older version and not what I had booked. Upon confrontation, they played the classic blame game where they pretended as if no one knows who ordered the wrong car. Today I get a message saying that I am again in queue for the 2023 Elantra, this time my no. in the queue is #472. I got bumped from 183 in July 2022 to 472 in August 2022. Can anyone, even with a pea sized brain take that for an answer? End result: Order cancelled. Still awaiting refund. P.S.: this was supposed to be a trade-in deal. My car has depreciated in value in past 3 months. Please be aware of my situation before committing anything with them. More

I took my Venue in to repair the horn which stopped working the day before my son’s road test. We were so worried that he would have cancel the test, which took months to just find a date because of th working the day before my son’s road test. We were so worried that he would have cancel the test, which took months to just find a date because of the backlog and be out a hundred bucks but Mike, the tech who assisted us went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get our vehicle ready for the road test. He didn’t have to, but he did. He really understood the urgency of our situation and made it happen. My son passed his road test and it wouldn’t have happened if it weren’t for Mike. Thank you so much for the great customer service and the personal attention you provided. More
