I must say that Guelph Hyundai has some top notch sales and service departments. I have been taken care of from the moment I walked through the door in a very worry-free way. The service manager, Chris, took care of my personally and was friendly, caring, understanding and went above and beyond for me. This is by far the best dealership I have ever been to and they will have a customer for life! More

Service for a Brake line/underbody Recall on my 2007 Hyundai Elantra GT. Kim was friendly, accommodating and communicative. I was shown ‘before’ pictures of the underbody, and would have appreciated ‘af Hyundai Elantra GT. Kim was friendly, accommodating and communicative. I was shown ‘before’ pictures of the underbody, and would have appreciated ‘after’ pictures as well, but the issue does seem to have been suitably resolved. The shuttle driver was very kind and amenable- accommodating my schedule needs and following through with communications and punctuality. Full stars. More
