Complete disappointment with Guelph Hyundai After months of research, we found the car of our dreams and decided to order a new red 2023 Tucson N line at Guelph Hyundai 2.5 Liter 4 cyl. On August 22- months of research, we found the car of our dreams and decided to order a new red 2023 Tucson N line at Guelph Hyundai 2.5 Liter 4 cyl. On August 22-2023 we placed the order and put down a $1000.00 deposit. We were told that they might have one in two days or else it would take 4 months so we figured we would have it by Christmas. After 10 weeks we had not heard anything about ETA or the Vin number and called the salesman Apurva Shah and he promised to get back to us by the end of the day. He did not get back to us. A week later we called again and got the same response from him. Another 5 days passed again, no call back so we decided to drive to the dealer to get any information on our new car. We talked to Spartak Jeshili and to our surprise and complete disappointment, he told us that this car had been ordered too late and we would have to take the 2024 Hybrid car instead. We did not know about deadlines and should have been told by the salesman when we placed the order that it was not possible! We do not want a Hybrid and now we are stuck. Had we been informed that it was past the deadline to order a new 2023, we would have started looking for a used one. It is the middle of November, and now we have to instigate the search for a used red N-Line Tucson. If Guelph Hyundai had been honest with us in the first place, we would most likely already have what we were looking for. We were treated very shabbily by Apurva in that he did not treat us with any honesty or integrity. We are sure that this is not how Hyundai likes to see their customers treated and that is the reason for this report. More

Not a happy camper after reviewing the bill of sale i found out i was over charged $300 for the accessories i ordered..i emailed the salesman the finance manager and even Hyundai Canada..and the p found out i was over charged $300 for the accessories i ordered..i emailed the salesman the finance manager and even Hyundai Canada..and the problem has never been resolved...i guess the next step is to get in touch with the Better Business Bureau i suggest when buying from Guelph Hyundai that you get a copy of the purchase order and compare it to the new contract. After a week's holiday with family in the Niagara region, and a visit to the University of Guelph for a campus tour for my teenager, I realized my brakes weren't working properly. I didn't feel safe travelli and a visit to the University of Guelph for a campus tour for my teenager, I realized my brakes weren't working properly. I didn't feel safe travelling back home to Kingston, so I phoned the Guelph Hyundai Dealership and they managed to squeeze me in for an emergency replacement of my brake line. All the parts were in stock, and they managed to finish up just before 5 PM, meaning I didn't have to book a motel to stay overnight! Excellent service and I'm so grateful!! Made it home to Kingston safely after a very long day! Thank you Guelph Hyundai, Mike Lear, the service manager and the guys who worked on the vehicle. More
