Guelph Hyundai has by far the friendliest and most accommodating service staff throughout the 3 dealerships I have now had dealings with. It is good that I now work in Guelph as that is the reason fo accommodating service staff throughout the 3 dealerships I have now had dealings with. Service staff try to provide problem solving to auto issues that often leads to lower cost repairs. I appreciate that my best interests are important. I am much more likely to get service and mainten issues that often leads to lower cost repairs. I appreciate that my best interests are important. My experience was a great one at this hyundai dealership. I really enjoyed the lounge area. It was very nice and comfortable. Lots of television channels to choose from, magazines to read, comfy chairs an I really enjoyed the lounge area. It was very nice and comfortable. Lots of television channels to choose from, magazines to read, comfy chairs and snacks/drinks. This is the nicest dealership I've been to. The staff were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable - even printed me off a separate piece of paper that clearly stated further maintenance that is needed on my vehicle, which I found very helpful. I also appreciate the staff topping up my fluids, as other dealerships have actually forgotten to do this. I felt the price was fair and competitive with other dealerships as well. Went in to test drive an accent but the trim I was interested in was not available to drive so I drove the base model which was unimpressive. I then test drove the elantra hatchback which was a much n interested in was not available to drive so I drove the base model which was unimpressive. I then test drove the elantra hatchback which was a much nicer car but priced next to a Mazda 3 sport fully loaded, which I was also looking at, it was more expensive with no added accessories. The test drive route was also not sufficient for how I wanted to feel out the vehicle. More

The staff was very helpful throughout our car buying experience. Thorough explanation of the workings of the vehicle and hunting down one thing not mentioned in the owners manual. Upon entering the dealership and approaching the vehicle we were interested in Wes approched us and introduced himself. He is a excellent salesman! He was very friendly, knowledgable about the Santa Fe we w we were interested in Wes approched us and introduced himself. He is a excellent salesman! He was very friendly, knowledgable about the Santa Fe we were interested in and was not at all pushy which is the biggest turn off as a customer lookingto buya vehicle. Wes gve us timeto talk to ourselves and also explained all of our options regarding different models and pricing as to what we were looking for. He gave us an excellent bi weely payment that we are happy with. We are soo impressed with Wes and Guelph Hyundai that we visited another Hyundai Dealership the followng night and were less the impressed which ended with me emailing Wes as soon as I left about the vehicle we were interested in Monday! Needless to say we will be purchasing our first ever "brand new" vehicle from Wes at Guelph Hyundai!! More
