This visit was my first trip back after buying my car in 2011 as I am fairly well equipped to do my own maintenance / service, however I had a failing left front wheel bearing which was covered under warran 2011 as I am fairly well equipped to do my own maintenance / service, however I had a failing left front wheel bearing which was covered under warranty. John was there super duper early and was pretty darn friendly for 7:00 am! Car was fixed on time, no problems with the workmanship or service staff (my car is equipped with an always-on camera/DVR). Not only would I bring it back again, but I would recommend Guelph Hyundai (and will probably be back soon to replace our Ford Focus). After having had bad dealership experiences before (*cough Cedarbrae VW*), this was a breath of fresh air. Oh, and the complementary apples are darn good too. Thanks a bunch! More

Margaret was also a wonderful help, as she was able to explain all of the financial details in a way that was understandable, and was very timely in securing our care loan. Since buying our Elantra we have thoroughly enjoyed it, and the the gas mileage is awesome! We just had it in for its second service appointment, and both times the staff has been very prompt with their service- often taking less time then originally anticipated, and I like that the staff goes over what maintenance/ services will be preformed on the vehicle, and the price PRIOR to starting the work, so that there are no surprises when you pay the bill. The shuttle service is also very prompt and friendly, and the waiting room at this location is very comfortable, and their upgraded coffee machine makes me look forward to my next visit! I would give Guelph Hyundai 10/10- from the people I have interacted with, they have taken away all of the negative stereotypes you automatically think of when you hear the words "car salesman" or "mechanic". Other dealerships should take a page out of their playbook. Keep up the good work! More
