I do not like being presured into extra services I have not requested. I was told I needed 4 extra things done to my car which would have cost me an extra $500. When I went to get a second opinion about th not requested. I was told I needed 4 extra things done to my car which would have cost me an extra $500. When I went to get a second opinion about these things I was told they do not need to be done and the dealership was just trying to scam me out of money. For this reason I will NOT be returning to this dealership for future maintenance on my car UNLESS it's under warranty. I brought my 2013 Elantra in for scheduled maintenance as well as to have a spoiler, cargo tray and cargo net added to the car. While I was there I was also able to get information and advice about winter ti well as to have a spoiler, cargo tray and cargo net added to the car. While I was there I was also able to get information and advice about winter tires as well. Dan was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. He explained a number of options and offered advice that clearly demonstrated his vast knowledge and experience. Although it took a while to complete the work (because of the type of things that had to be done) I was always kept informed about the progress as I waited in a well-appointed room that had comfortable chairs, TV and all the coffee I wanted. Work on the car was excellent by all involved. Thanks to a great service team! More

We found the overall experience to be wonderful! The Salesman that assisted us is no longer at the dealership but, he was very friendly and knowledgable of the vehicles. The transaction was flawless.
