I was under pressure to buy a replacement car by my insurance company, and when I found what I was looking for at this dealership, Mark went above and beyond, I felt, to help me and have the car ready insurance company, and when I found what I was looking for at this dealership, Mark went above and beyond, I felt, to help me and have the car ready to go when I needed it. He was polite and treated me as a knowledgeable customer, which I appreciated. He asked me what I wanted to have as a monthly payment, and he gave me exactly that. The last car I bought from another dealership could not offer the same deal. Typically new car purchases are delivered to the customer with a full tank of gas - but used cars are not. Because of the distance I traveled to purchase from the Guelph dealership, Mark apparently said he wasn't going to sell me a car with an almost empty tank of as gas, so I was extremely delighted to find an almost full tank in the car when I left. :) It was a very much appreciated gesture, and with the service I received from Mark, I will certainly recommend this dealership to my friends. Service here has ALWAYS been friendly, courteous and informative. I've never felt like there was something being done that was not necessary for my vehicle. This particular visit, Travis was great with reminding me about my coupon book and utilizing it as well as checking to see if I was up to date and qualified for my free oil change. He also pointed out that we have owned the vehicle for two years and now qualified for a cleaning service that we will take advantage of in the Spring. I have to mention that the reason we went to Guelph Hyundai to purchase our vehicle in the first place was because of the enthusiasm and sensitivity that Scott showed when we called him about our situation. We had been rear ended and our '09 Elantra was completely written off. We went to another dealership first and we were pretty stressed out about having to afford another vehicle. We felt there was no sensitivity to our situation. Yet at Guelph Hyundai, Scott made us feel comfortable and at least said he would see what he could do for us. SOLD! Between that and the continued great service in the Service Centre I believe my wife and I are loyal lifetime customers. More

I am constantly reminded by some of my family my Hyundai Tucson is 8 years old......I should have replaced it a couple of years ago, but what's the sense.....I come to your service dept regularly to maintai Tucson is 8 years old......I should have replaced it a couple of years ago, but what's the sense.....I come to your service dept regularly to maintain my vehicle, and it is awesome.....I have never had an issue with my car....I love my car.....when I am ready, I will buy another Hyundai, but not yet, although $250.00 in gas would be great...I swear that at least 20 people where I park my car have purchased Hyundai's, and I think that for the last 5 years, they have liked mine......oh yes, my experience was excellent on Saturday, I had a cappacino, watche the Olympics, Canadian Women won against the Swiss team 5-0, the room was comfy and I even had time to clean out my purse....I would say that is multi-tasking.......thanks a lot....great experience!!! By the way I clicked #3 for the price.....I am budged minded with some things, I guess....aren't we all! Have a great day! More

we were wanting to look at an SUV but after a great discussion with Justin we realized that is not really going to work for us. we looked at a couple of cars and planned to return. We returned and worked with Wesley who set us up with more details about the Sonata and had us look at a couple models. he gave us prices and I informed him that I would be checking costcar.can - and reconnect. When I returned to make the offer, Wesley was busy and had said the Sev would look after me until he was ready. I remained waiting in a chair for over 25 mins when Sev then volunteered to meet with me until Wesley was available. The deal was completed by Sev and Wesley remained busy with his other client - he did stay around to say good-bye to me - it was about 6:30 - thirty minutes passed closing time. the car we wanted was found in the colour we wanted - I was informed of this on Tuesday. I am not able to get my car because tires needed to be ordered as well as a block heater. I was informed on Wednesday that the car would not be available until Monday night or Tuesday because orders would not be in until Saturday and so car would get worked on on Monday. My husband and I are surprised that it is taking this long to access materials and mount them on the car. I guess we are just anxious to have our new car...which is a good thing! More
