As for the brakes, if we did not have the wheels of for your appointment, we would not have looked at the brakes. A proper brake inpsection needs to be done with the wheels off. We will however, make sure our technicians are aware that each and every vehicle needs to be checked over thoroughly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
