Everyone was incredible helpful in helping me get into a new car, from picking the style and model, to incredible service in financing. After having my car totaled by a pick up truck in a horrible car accident, I stopped by the dealership to see if they could assist. They really went above and beyond, giving me advice, hints and tips for dealing with my insurance company and bank, and just making sure that I was taken care of. On a scale from 1 to 10, these guys rate a 100! More
I do not want to sound cheap and frustrated, but I suppose I will. I came in for new snow tires. The guys did a nice job of cleaning off the regular ones so that they could go into the back seat wit suppose I will. I came in for new snow tires. The service took over one hour when I was told it was going to be 30 mins. I was there at 8am sharp. Disappointed it took so long. I prepaid over the phone but then found out I needed to pay $2.40 for the 4 tire bags. I couldn't believe I paid what I did, waited as long as I did, then had to go out and get <$3 from my car for bags. I was told that I hadn't been in for regular service either. Right! Because of reasons like this. Never a clear answer from service when I first bought my car brand new either. The service program is overwhelming. Simplify that and I'd be happy. I have also overheard a few times other people also confused by all the regular scheduled maintenance in order to meet warranties. This leads to 3 things: people feel overwhelmed so they don't care for their cars, they feel ripped off bc they don't understand, or they are actually being ripped off. I love my car, but would love more transparency. And I'm very unhappy about the measly $2.40 believe me! More
Usual Great Customer Service. The sales person was helpful in our making a decision, the financing was arranged very quickly and efficiently, Good experience overall and pleased with the product. Scott was very friendly and outgoing and was easy to work with. He followed through with phone calls to keep us up to date about when our new car would be ready for pick up. When we had questions of a financial nature, Scott took the time to consult with knowledgeable people at the dealership to get answers. He reviewed the purchase paperwork with us in a timely and efficient manner, not dwelling on points that he realized we understood. He was a pleasant salesperson to deal with. After an accident left us needing a new vehicle, we started looking at the options that met out needs from the various brands. After doing our own research and speaking with friends we had narrowed it started looking at the options that met out needs from the various brands. After doing our own research and speaking with friends we had narrowed it down to 3 choices (Toyota Matrix, Mazda3 and Hyundai Elantra GT). We wanted a hatchback and decent mileage so these fit the bill. Using the web we found the cars we wanted to test drive and went to the dealers to check them out. The Hyundai team was very accommodating and friendly and walked us through the process seamlessly. We were very comfortable with the staff and didn't feel any extra pressure to buy the up-sells that were offered by sales and financing staff. They just presented the options and let us decide. More
I was a bit disappointed with the dealership on this visit. I was in for a 24000km service and I was a bit taken back by the price but I am willing to pay to maintain my vehicle properly. I was told the service would take about 1.5 hours, it took 2.5 hours and I was waitng there for the service to be done. While I was there I purchased vent visors for the vehicle and I hoped to have them installed as a courtesy while I was waiting but I was told there would be a $30 dollar charge so I declined. I figured that spending nearly $400 and waitng 2.5 hours that this request was not unreasonable. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past and they were only too glad to provide a small token of appreciation such as this for your continued service. I have had every service done here on this vehicle but I am considering bringing the car in for only major services in the future. Small tokens of customer appreciation can go a long way. Justin was friendly and personable, however our experience with Rhys Evans and our overall experience has a whole was disappointing. Rhys could not provide a straight answer to any of our questions and even change his answer multiple times trying to back track when he was called out on the previous answer. Rhys had to be corrected several times with errors on the paper work and he eluded to not knowing about a something and when it was pointed out to him, he tried to back track on his answer. We were also very disappointed that out if all the dealerships we visited, Hyundai was the only one that did not offer a short term warranty on pre-owned vehicles. Although, during the purchase Rhys told us there was a short term warranty, however when picking up our vehicle, Justin advised that Hyundai does offer any such warranty. Based on our experience with Rhys Evans and Hyundai lack of pre-owned warranty we would not likely purchase there again. We will take our business to a dealer who stands behind their vehicles and provides a better customer experience. More
Friendly staff and trying to make sure everything is fine with the vehicle. However, took the car in for an oil change and they notified me I needed a flush as well, no problem. I am still wondering why they noticed that part but not my service engine light was on and never addressed and the fact my brakes needed fixing - badly which I did not realize. The brakes were fixed by another auto shop. Overall, friendly professional staff but the mechanics might want to be more thorough on the car inspections. They could have mentioned the brakes "might" need fixing downt the road. Recommended, but as average service. More
