Recall service - on New Hyundai Tucson The sevice was done efficiently and on time. Since we were due for the first scheduled maintenance on the vehicle, it was done at the same time. T The sevice was done efficiently and on time. Since we were due for the first scheduled maintenance on the vehicle, it was done at the same time. The only concern I would have is that the invoices are not user friendly. Other than the recall service done for the airbag and the oil change, it was hard to determine what other service was done. We had to call back the service dept and verify if the scheduled maintenance was done. There is alot of technical jargon, which i am sure you require, but it is not meaningful to the customer. I hope you will consider including plain language. Thanks. More

An additional factor that would have led me to provide a higher rating for price would have been if my vehicle had been cleaned during the service. The price of the service is quite high, so cleaning would provide extra value that would make the price more easy to justify. More

I understand that it is busy at the end of the day, however, with that knowledge, there should be more drivers available. I was driven around for 45 minutes, waiting for other people to be picked up before finally getting to the garage to pay my bill and pick up my car. After spending over $700 for my car, I think a better shuttle service is the least Hyundai could do for their regular paying customers. More
