An introduction would have improved my rating for customer service, especially since I was a first time service customer at Guelph Hyundai. An additional factor that would have led me to provide a higher rating for price would have been if my vehicle had been cleaned during the service. The price of the service is quite high, so cleaning would provide extra value that would make the price more easy to justify. More

Great Car, Great salesman I was at a crossroad when I decided to purchase a new Hyundai. Did I want a sporty car with better fuel efficiency than my 2006 Santa Fe. I understand that it is busy at the end of the day, howe The service at the garage was efficient. The complaint I have is about the shuttle service. I understand that it is busy at the end of the day, however, with that knowledge, there should be more drivers available. I was driven around for 45 minutes, waiting for other people to be picked up before finally getting to the garage to pay my bill and pick up my car. After spending over $700 for my car, I think a better shuttle service is the least Hyundai could do for their regular paying customers. More
