Next level sales approach The thing that makes dealerships different is the sales staff. Everyone knows the drill and hates going to dealerships because of the cliche car sales The thing that makes dealerships different is the sales staff. Everyone knows the drill and hates going to dealerships because of the cliche car salesman. Most stereotypes are true and dealing with the salesman usually isn't even worth getting a new car; however, Alex at Guelph Hyundia was very different. He had an approach that actually made the process fun, interesting, exciting, and enjoyable. He brought to the table his own personality which wasn't read from a script, wasn't blank and emotionless and he understood. Yes of course he still made the sale, and that was his goal - but you really got to feel that he was also working for you to achieve your goal and not just his own. Facts are facts and making a sale is what they want and act accordingly but Alex made it enjoyable, personal and you almost want take him out for a beer even though you gave him the commission from your sale. I highly recommend this dealership and would direct any friend or family to Alex and tell them of the great experience I had and make sure they go and seek him out. Thanks again for the experience!
