I found the finance department slightly pushy when dealing with James but I didn't have to deal with him much and I am loving my new SUV(and free mountain bike)!! More

Friday the 13th! I expected an unlucky day on Friday, April 13th! Sure enough, my battery discharge light kept appearing on the screen, I was nervous about the pendin I expected an unlucky day on Friday, April 13th! Sure enough, my battery discharge light kept appearing on the screen, I was nervous about the pending weekend ice storm and a drive to Toronto. I travel daily from Waterloo to Guelph for work and saw the Hyundai dealership off HWY 6. I pulled into the dealership hoping they could " squeeze me in." Sylvia took my request to Chris, the Service Manager and within minutes he and Partick, a wonderful service technician had solved the problem. After a waiting room latte, cookie and "no charge for repair" .. my Friday the 13th became a very lucky day indeed! Final comment: I highly recommend the Guelph Hyundai dealership and service dept .
